Production
Our production locates in the chemical park in Henan P.R. and covers an area of 20,000 square meters with the layout of workshops, warehouses, waste water treatment center, laboratories for process research and quality control, and an office building. The whole factory is certified with ISO9001, and running in compliance with GMP guideline.The production area was designed for multi-functional use, from the lab production, scale-up workshop, process validation to bulk production line.

Scale-up Production
Our pilot plant with the total area of 500m2 is equipped with two multi-purpose units which are intended for a temperature range from -30 to +200°C. The pilot plant is also equipped with suction filters, dryers and rotary evaporators. Products are produced here in multi-step syntheses up to a scale of 500 kg per month.
From laboratory development through to scaling manufacturing, we provide full analytical support to ensure the appropriate level of compliance at every project stage.
Process Validation
Validation campaigns are performed in Workshop (I) with the ability of 1kg~50kg/batch and 500kg/month as well. We have Quality Control and Quality Assurance in place to better serve the validation requirements. All aspects are controlled in a process-oriented and risk-based management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
